World Asthma Day Programme and IFTAR MEET

IAP Kozhikode hosted the Iftar Meet and Prog of asthma day on , 10/5/2019 at Hotel Hyson Heritage Programme started with Iftar meet at 6.30pm and was followed by Scientific session. Dr KrishnaMohan, State Convener, Allergy &Applied Immunology Chapter, talked about 'long term management if pediatric asthma- what's new in GINA 2019' and Dr Shameem A M, Asst Professor, Department of Pediatrics GMC Kozhikode talked about 'inhalational devices in Pediatric Asthma'. About 70 members attended the program and was well appreciated

SAATH SAATH PERINATOLOGY MEET KOZHIKODE

Organized by Perinatology Chapter IAP Kerala, IAP Kozhikode, NNF Kozhikode, Calicut O&G Society and Department of Neonatology, IQraa Hospital, on 5/5/2019 at Seminar Hall, JDT Nursing College, JDT Campus.

Dr Anwar P C, Executive Director, Iqraa Hospital inaugurated the program. Dr Manoj V C, President NNF Kerala, Presided the function.

Dr Ashraf T P President IAP Kozhikode, Dr Preetha Remesh, President, NNF Kozhikode, Dr Vishnu, Secretary Perinatology Forum IAP Kerala and Dr Jyothi Remesh Chandran, President Calicut O&G Society felicitated the function

Programme was attended by around 70 delegates including seniors from both pediatrics and gynecology.

Various aspects of perinatology were discussed in details and discussions were good and productive.

NNF Kerala Nurses Workshop on Essential Newborn Care and Basic NRP

Hosted by: NNF Kozhikode, IAP Kozhikode and Department of Neonatology, Iqraa international hospital

Was conducted on 4/5/2019 at Seminar Hall, JDT Nursing College, JDT Campus, Vellimadukkunnu, Kozhikode. 54 nurses from different parts of Kozhikode districts we're trained. Dr V C Manoj, President NNF Kerala Presided and Dr Preetha Remesh, President NNF Kozhikode Presided the function. The workshop was well appreciated by the delegates.
